With over 30 years of experience as a Master Electrician and licensed General Contractor, Dan has led the successful execution of a wide range of high-end residential and large-scale commercial projects. From custom luxury homes to complex commercial developments, his work is marked by meticulous attention to detail, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence at every phase of construction.
Dan holds certifications as a Dwelling Contractor Qualifier and Master Electrician, bringing a rare depth of knowledge to both the structural and electrical aspects of a project. His integrated approach streamlines coordination, enhances efficiency, and ensures that even the most ambitious builds are completed to the highest standard.

Erin Walkowiak
Erin Walkowiak brings over 30 years of electrical expertise and construction industry experience. As the prior owner of a woman-owned electrical contracting company, she successfully led a team of 15–20 employees, managing operations, permitting, scheduling, dispatching, and project execution across residential and commercial projects.
Erin has served as both general contractor and project manager, including the full build-out of a Great Clips location, showcasing her ability to meet demanding deadlines with precision and organization. Known for her clear communication and proactive approach, she excels in fast-paced environments and understands the urgency of on-site demands.
In addition to her construction background, Erin managed a 158-unit apartment complex, overseeing accounts receivable/payable, scheduling contractors, and daily office operations related to leasing. Her combined technical knowledge and operational leadership make her a reliable, well-rounded professional.
